The 11.4-hectare property is located between Kadriorg and Lasnamäe in Tallinn. Just 300 m from the iconic Song Festival Grounds, new apartments and a neighbourhood are going to take shape. The Smuuli Quarter has excellent connections with other parts of Tallinn as well as with the main highways.

We’re creating a future oriented district centred around a two-hectare activity park, where people of all ages can exercise, play, and relax. The park is surrounded by a mix of residential buildings, commercial spaces, retail and services businesses.
