E.L.L. Kinnisvara has a new Development Director, Indrek Moorats

The new Development Director, Indrek Moorats, joined the Management Board of E.L.L. Kinnisvara in February. The Board carries on with three members: Chairman of the Board and CEO Toomas Aak, CFO Taavo Ojala and Development Director Indrek Moorats.

CEO Toomas Aak is responsible for the Group’s integral management in co-operation with the heads of the company’s subsidiaries, and also for the management of the office building sector in the company’s portfolio. CFO Taavi Ojala is responsible for the management of financial matters as well as for shopping centre and hotel projects in the company’s portfolio. Development Director Indrek Moorats heads the preparation and execution of the Group’s new development projects in the three Baltic States, and is responsible for working out the strategy for the development of properties in the company’s portfolio and for acquiring new properties.
