E.L.L. Kinnisvara is currently in the process of rebuilding a strong Latvian organisation
E.L.L. Kinnisvara, one of the leading real estate developers in the Baltic States, is currently in the process of rebuilding a strong Latvian organisation, with the goal being to direct new ambitious development projects at the local level in a more streamlined manner. SIA E.L.L. Nekustamie Ipašumi currently employs four people, and the company has moved its offices into the Duntese Street 11 commercial building.
“Rebuilding a strong Latvian organisation is of critical importance, so that we can direct development projects at the local level. Real estate development requires very intimate knowledge and a sense of the local market, and we are convinced that our professional colleagues, with extensive knowledge of their respective fields, will provide the necessary input for the efficient launching and management of development projects, said Indrek Moorats, Development Director and Management Board Member of E.L.L. Kinnisvara.
This year joined with SIA E.L.L Nekustamie Ipašumi team Technical Director Andris Stankevičs who is responsible for implementing development projects and their technical solutions. The company’s development project manager Ivars Liepa is tasked with managing development projects, including coordinating project design work and the architectural solution process, applying for necessary permits, and communicating with local agencies.
E.L.L. Kinnisvara has two large development projects in a state of active development in Latvia. The company is planning a representative A-class office building, with approximately 10,000 m2 of space to let, for the Spice complex, one of the more popular shopping centres in Riga. E.L.L. Kinnisvara also owns registered immovables in Skanstese, the heart of Riga’s developing commercial district. In the first stage, construction of two A-class office buildings, with nearly 23,000 m2 of space to let, is planned.
