UAB E.L.L. Nekilnojamas Turtas and UAB Merko Statyba signed the Narbuto 5 office building construction contract

On 18 December 2015, UAB E.L.L. Nekilnojamas Turtas, part of E.L.L. Kinnisvara AS group, has entered into a contract with UAB Merko Statyba, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, to perform the construction of an office building, located at Narbuto 5, Vilnius, Lithuania. The value of the contract is approximately 8.5 million euros, plus value added tax. The construction works start in December 2015 and are scheduled to complete in the first quarter of 2017.

The leasable area of Narbuto 5 (www.narbuto5.lt) class A energy efficient office building is over 4,600 m², the building has six floors and two underground floors for parking. The office building is pursuing BREEAM certification. The office building will feature modern and compact architecture, “built to suit” office space, advanced technology solutions, and value-added amenities. There will be 115 underground parking lots for the tenants and guests.

Narbuto 5 will be situated in the central Vilnius location – next to the key transport lines and the main business area, and at the same time just a step away from the calm residential Žvėrynas district and the river Neris. Narbuto 5 will feature fast and convenient access to clients and partners, state and municipal institutions, embassies, shopping, sports and entertainment centres.
