About Arter quarter

Arter quarter is located in the centre of Tallinn and consists of two office buildings and one apartment hotel building. At 28 storeys, the tallest of these is also the tallest office building in Estonia. The quarter’s centre is a first-class working environment combining office spaces with several eateries, a sports club and swimming pool, beauty services, convenient parking, a city park, and good public transport connections. The quarter offers 44,000 sq m of rental and will become a daily working environment for 2,500 people.

Arter quarter was designed by the architect Martin Aunin, with interior design by Arhitekt11. The main contractor for the project is Merko Ehitus Eesti. The nearly-zero-energy buildings are designed and constructed to meet the Excellent rating of the international BREEAM standard for sustainable buildings. The entire project will be completed in the third quarter of 2024, including the city park, the new Veski tänav and the renovated section of Imanta tänav, which will ensure safe and peaceful traffic around the quarter. Swedbank will move its head office to the tallest building of Arter quarter in the spring of 2025.
