Agrejas office building

The new office building is located in the Šnipiškės district of Vilnius, next to the Compensa Concert Hall, a new residential quarter and Linkmenai Park. Thanks to the excellent infrastructure, the building is easily accessible by car, bicycle, and public transport from the city centre and other districts. Nearby are the city’s largest shopping and entertainment centres as well as educational institutions.

The Agrejas office building comprises two wings of 5 and 7 floors, commercial premises, a restaurant, terraces and an open green courtyard. The building will have 194 underground parking places, infrastructure for electric cars, a separate 6-space above-ground parking lot for people with special needs, storage for 44 bicycles with the possibility to charge the batteries of bicycles and scooters. The business centre will also have change rooms, showers, an active lounge, and conference rooms.

The A++ energy class building will have an automated building management system, state-of-the-art heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, an intelligent LED lighting system, a security and fire-fighting system.

The project design meets the Very Good benchmark of the BREEAM international environmental sustainability certificate.

In May 2022 the project has received an Interim BREEAM certificate rating at the level of Very Good. The project has been certified after the first submission – the information provided to the Quality Assurance BRE organization have had no remarks and  the project received the certificate in a record time – 5 weeks! Credit requirements are met 100% in Water category, as well as in the Land Use and Ecology and Transport categories. The final BREEAM certificate will be acquired after building commissioning.
