The neighbours of the 10,400 sq m seaside property in central Tallinn include the legendary Linnahall, Creative Hub, the Contemporary Art Museum and the Fish Market. Nearby are the Old Town, the passenger port and the area next to the Admiralty Pool that is currently under development.
We are planning to build an apartment hotel with 206 rooms, which is suitable for both short and long-term accommodation. In addition, the aim is to offer various services, including a compact spa area and health center with sports facilities, restaurants, co-working area, meeting rooms and business lounge. On the ground floor, there is approximately 800 m² of commercial space for additional services supporting the hotel.
