Dyninno Group becomes the first anchor tenant of Elemental Business Centre

The first anchor tenant of Elemental Business Centre, under construction in the Skanste neighbourhood, is the information technology company Dyninno Group, which owns several companies in Latvia, including shared services centre Dynatech and travel consulting company Innovative Travel Solutions. The new 1200 m2 office of Dyninno Group will be opened simultaneously with the commissioning of the Elemental Business Centre building in the fall of this year.

The Sales Manager of Elemental Business Centre, Imants Krēsliņš says that after the pandemic and the increase in the prices of energy resources, tenants value high-quality, sustainable, and energy-efficient offices much more.

“Our experience shows that potential tenants of office premises have become more far-sighted in their decisions. High-quality office premises corresponding to the highest energy efficiency indicators have become a standard for modern companies. The company Dynatech, belonging to the Dyninno Group, is known as one of the leading information technology companies in Latvia, whose office premises not only serve as a workplace, but also reflect the company’s values. It is a great pleasure that Dyninno Group implements the latest trends worldwide, not only in the improvement of offices, but also in the field of employee well-being. We feel appreciated that Dyninno Group has found its new office space with us,” says Krēsliņš.

“Dyninno Group is an international company that offers a wide range of services, including sales of air tickets worldwide. We are constantly developing and therefore looking for additional premises, especially with an ergonomic and sustainable environment in mind. Elemental Business Centre meets the highest standards, therefore we have chosen the spacious and bright premises of the new business centre for our VIP client consultants. It’s known that the environment we work in affects work efficiency and creativity, so it’s essential that office spaces and design motivate and inspire employees and teams. As the business develops, we are also looking for new colleagues who want to work in an international and rapidly growing company,” says Dyninno Group representative Līga Pauliņa.

About Elemental
Elemental Business Centre is a new office project at Skanstes Street 25, Riga, with a leasable area of 21,000 m2 across two ten-storey buildings. The project is currently under construction and the buildings will be commissioned this fall. The project is on track to receive the BREEAM Outstanding rating, thus becoming the first building in Latvia with the highest possible evaluation. Energy piles are used in the construction, which will provide up to 72% of the heating and cooling needs of the building, significantly reducing the costs of utilities for tenants.
