E.L.L. Kinnisvara has sold its holding in the subsidiary that owned a mattress production facility

E.L.L. Kinnisvara AS has sold its 100% holding in the subsidiary Duarte Group OÜ to the investment firm AS Kawe Group.
Duarte Group OÜ developed and owns a production and warehouse building in the Rae industrial park, in Lehmja village in the Harju County. The building has a total area of 14 700 sq. m and has been rented to Hilding Andres Baltic AS. The building was completed in September 2008.
Hilding Anders Int. Ab is Europe’s biggest mattress manufacturer (Sleepwell brand). The company’s Estonian subsidiary has a factory in the Rae industrial park, employing about 250 people and with an annual output of approx. 100 000 mattresses.
