E.L.L. Kinnisvara recognised as the most competitive real estate company in Estonia

At the gala event held on 13 October 2016, E.L.L. Kinnisvara was recognised as the most competitive real estate company in Estonia in 2016. The aim of the competitiveness ranking is to facilitate growth in competitiveness among Estonian companies and thereby promote faster economic growth. The ranking highlights the most successful companies and sets them as an example for others. A total of 436 companies participated in the competition in 2016.

The history of the Estonian Companies’ Competitiveness Ranking dates back to 2003, when this ranking was first drawn up at the initiative of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Help in preparing technical calculations and rankings is provided by the Estonian Institute of Economic Research, in cooperation with the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), located in Lausanne, Switzerland.
