Europe-wide study on real estate brands: Kapitel is the strongest office developer brand in the Baltics

Each year, the European Real Estate Brand Institute conducts the Real Estate Brand Value Study, evaluating real estate brands across Europe. According to the 2022 results, Kapitel is the strongest brand among office real estate developers in the Baltics. In addition, Kapitel was awarded fifth place in the ranking of the strongest commercial and logistics real estate developers in the Baltics.
The Real Estate Brand Value Study 2022 included more than 1,500 companies, and the results are based on the opinions of almost 10,000 respondents who work in various positions in real estate companies across Europe.
