Our portfolio includes well-located logistics centres and properties on the Tallinn ring road in Rae municipality and Laagri. For properties with a detailed plan, we are ready to develop logistics centres or industrial buildings for customers.
The total leasable area of our industrial buildings is 73,000 m². We develop both general purpose logistics centres as well as build custom industrial buildings for our tenants: modern, flexible, environmentally friendly and comfortable spaces, for the production of foodstuffs, the provision of logistics and warehouse services.
The production complex is located in the Gate Tallinn Industrial Park in Laagri, Saue Parish and was custom built to Solina’s specifi cations and Kapitel has leased it to Solina for 20 years.
