Delta Plaza rises to the crossing of Pärnu Road and Tammsaare Road
ELL Real Estate establishes to the crossing of Pärnu Road and Tammsaare Road to address Pärnu Road 141 a business and office building to be called Delta Plaza. According to information of ELL Real Estate the company hopes to conclude first binding agreements with potential tenants within any week.
14 –storey Delta Plaza is a modern office building with A-type office premises to which in addition to offices are especially for tenants designed a multi-storey car park and catering establishment.
Name of the building proceeds, as said Aldo Dapon, Chairman of the Management Board of ELL Real Estate, firstly from location of the building – this is located in crossing of main trunk roads of Tallinn and secondly from triangular form of ground-plan of established building. „The building is located aside of the crossing of Pärnu Road, Tammsaare Road and Järvevana Road what is one main centre of traffic flows. Hence it was logical to name this project as Delta Plaza,” noted Dapon. Vahur Kaska, CEO of ELL Real Estate Estonia, declared that several companies are interested in rooms’ rental in the building. „Preliminary attitudes are very profitable as Delta Plaza is a supreme quality class building in visual but also in its technological solutions. This gives us opportunity to compete first of all with prestigious office buildings located at centre of Tallinn,” added Kaska. „In today’s increasingly motorized society several companies have deemed to be practical to bring their representative offices away from the city center where are materially better logistic conditions and parking opportunities but so far it was not possible due to insufficiency of representative premises. In our vision Delta Plaza will fill this gap in the market,” said Kaska.

In 14 stores of a new office building shall be 15 761 square meters of total area but rentable area shall be approximately 11 500 square meters. Business and office building is accompanied with a multi-storey car park with total area of 10 214 square meters and 350 parking places for tenants. In addition are prescribed parking places for customers’ and visitors’ of the building. Additionally will in the building also operate approximately 100 seater catering establishment.
Pursuant to construction contract the Delta Plaza shall be completed by November 2008. Owner of the building will remain OÜ Delta Plaza, a 100% subsidiary of the employer ELL Real Estate. Constructor of the building is Merko Ehitus.
