The four-star Superior class business and conference hotel, Nordic Hotel Forum, is located in the heart of Tallinn on Viru Square, only a few hundred metres from the Old Town. In 2021, the hotel underwent a major renovation, during which all rooms were renovated and various anti-viral and contactless customer service solutions were installed. 

The hotel has 258 hotel rooms, six conference rooms with modern presentation equipment and a total of 430 seats, two restaurants, a relaxation centre and gym. Cars can be conveniently parked in the underground car park. 

The building houses the Honorary Consulate of South Africa in Estonia, Honorary Consul Mr. Vaho Klaaman and the Honorary Consulate of South Korea in Estonia, Honorary Consul Mr Kristjan Järvi .
