Solina production complex

The production complex is located in the Gate Tallinn Industrial Park in Laagri, Saue Parish and was custom built to Solina’s specifi cations and Kapitel has leased it to Solina for 20 years.

Solina is Europe’s leading producer of seasoning mixes. The total investment in the production complex exceeds €30 million and employs more than 110 people on a daily basis accommodating Solina’s offices, production unit, product development laboratory and warehouse. The plant was developed in line with the Solina Group’s global best practice, i.e. it is an innovative model plant that will be used as a basis for the construction of all similar new Solina Group plants around the world.

The class-A energy building together with the solar power plant was built to the Very Good level of the BREEAM New Construction green certificate. To minimise CO2 emissions, the main heating solution is based on high efficiency air source heat pumps using green electricity. This facility is the first new real estate development in Estonia to qualify for SEB’s Green Loan.
