Spice and Spice Home are located on the left bank of the Daugava River in Riga. 10 minutes from the centre of the city in the direction of the airport and the resort and suburb of Jūrmala. Spice features over 150 fashion and lifestyle stores, including international brands like Zara, Massimo Dutti, H&M, Ecco, Högl, Tommy Hilfi ger, Adidas, Sandro, Maje, Hugo, Michael Kors, Marella, iBlues, Weekend Max Mara and Max&Co. Spice underwent signifi cant refurbishment between 2021 and 2023, with a total investment of €10m that also integrated sustainable solutions to reduce the centre’s ecological footprint. The modernisation efforts have helped cement Spice as a favourite shopping destination for Latvians with over 10 million visitors per year.
