Rahva Raamat will open an innovative concept store at the end of the year in the atrium of the Arter Quarter, with a product selection specifically designed for the quarter’s employees and visitors. The new store will feature books as well as various gifts, a cozy reading corner, and a flower shop Decoration & Fleur will open next to the store.

We are creating a cozy environment with an open layout, offering an escape from the fast pace of everyday life, with a carefully curated product selection tailored specifically to Arter’s uniqueness.”
The office spaces in the Arter Quarter are 96% leased, with just over 1,500 square meters of office space still available. The 15-story office building will house law firms TGS Baltic, WALLESS, and TARK, the shipping trade services company Bunker Partner, wholesale company N.G.P Europe, and fintech company Depowise. The same office building will also feature various necessary services: Spaces with flexible office solutions and co-working services, City Tervisekliinik, beauty salon, sports club with a swimming pool, and the VõiVõi restaurant by Master Chef Vladislav Djatšuk. In addition to Rahva Raamat and the flower shop, another restaurant will be located in the atrium of the quarter.
The anchor tenant of Arter’s tallest, 28-storey building is Swedbank, who will move into the quarter in the first half of 2025. The international accommodation company Bob W opening in this summer of 2024 an apartment hotel with 58 rental apartments in the quarter’s 9-storey building.
The Arter Quarter comprises 28-, 15-, and 9-storey buildings connected by a central structure that also houses a parking garage. These near-zero energy buildings incorporate eco-friendly energy solutions and are designed and constructed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating. An environmentally friendly combination of energy piles, district heating and cooling is used throughout the development. The architect of the quarter is Martin Aunin, with interior architecture solutions by Arhitekt11. The general contractor is Merko Ehitus Eesti.
The quarter will offer two-level underground parking lot and an above ground parking building, including Estonia’s largest indoor bicycle parking facility, which can accommodate over 100 bikes. Facilities will also include changing rooms and showers, as well as a maintenance area. The Arter office building project will be completed in the fall of 2024, including the city park, the new Veski Street and the renovated section of Imanta Street, which will ensure safe and peaceful traffic around the quarter.
