Supervisory Board of Kapitel continues with three members

The powers of four Members of the Supervisory Board of Kapitel, Toomas Annus, Tõnu Toomik, Teet Roopalu and Robert Kitt, expire on 30 November 2022.

The powers of Toomas Annus and Robert Kitt have been extended for the next three years, and the powers of Kristina Siimar are valid until 30 June 2025. Tõnu Toomik and Teet Roopalu have decided not to continue as Board Members, and the Supervisory Board of Kapitel will continue with three members: Toomas Annus as Chairman of the Board and Robert Kitt and Kristina Siimar as Members of the Board.

Tõnu Toomik was a Member of the Supervisory Board of Kapitel since 1997 in different periods, more than 25 years in total. Teet Roopalu was a Member of the Board since 2003, i.e. 20 years. The company thanks them for their long-term contribution to Kapitel’s development.
