The Arter quarter and its accompanying park will be completed in the autumn of this year.

In addition to creating the best working environment in Estonia, we give every inhabitant of Tallinn a reason to come to Arter every day to have a good time in the city park and various eateries and by consuming services.”
Tanel Tark, managing partner of Tark law firm, explains: “For the past 27 years, we have been good tenants in the office building next to Vabaduse Square, where Tallinna Pank (Tallinn Bank) once started. Arter quarter, together with the surrounding area, is one of the fastest developing business environments in Tallinn, which is why we are happy to be a part of it. The new Arter office building complex is a modern building offering good technological solutions, where we hope to be Kapitel’s partners for years to come.”
The shipping trade services company Bunker Partner and Estonian start-up Planet42 will move into the quarter’s 15-storey office building. Spaces, who offer flexible office solutions and co-working services, City Tervisekliinik health clinic and several other companies will also be opening their doors there. All tenants can use the swimming pool and the sports club with spa located in the same building, as well as the dining facilities on the ground floor.

The Arter quarter comprises 28-, 15-, and 9-storey buildings connected by a central structure that also houses a parking garage. These near-zero energy buildings incorporate eco-friendly energy solutions and are designed and constructed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating. An environmentally friendly combination of energy piles, district heating and cooling is used throughout the development. The architect of the quarter is Martin Aunin, with interior architecture solutions by Arhitekt11. The general contractor is Merko Ehitus Eesti.
In total, the quarter will offer 463 parking spaces, including Estonia’s largest indoor bicycle parking facility, which can accommodate over 100 bikes. Facilities will also include changing rooms and showers, as well as a maintenance area. The entire project will be completed in the third quarter of 2024, including the city park, the new Veski Street and the renovated section of Imanta Street, which will ensure safe and peaceful traffic around the quarter.
