Kristina Siimar joined the Supervisory Board of Kapitel

Kristina Siimar has become the fifth member of the Supervisory Board of Kapitel. The company’s Supervisory Board will continue with five members: Toomas Annus as the Chairman and Teet Roopalu, Tõnu Toomik, Robert Kitt and Kristina Siimar as the Members of the Board.

Kristina Siimar is a top manager with long-term banking experience, who worked as a member of the board in Luminor Group from 2017 to 2021, and in various positions in Swedbank Group from 2010 to 2017, previously as CFO of Hansapank in the Baltics. Today, Kristina works as COO at the investment company Taavet+Sten. Kristina is a member of the Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus and Vabamu and was previously a member of the Supervisory Board of Kapitel from 2012 to 2017.

Kapitel (www.kapitel.ee) is one of the largest real estate companies in the Baltics, with a portfolio of more than 244,000 sq. m of rental premises.
