Our office buildings are home for hundreds of companies and quality working environments for 6,500 people. The common thread of our buildings is the focus on sustainability, health and convenience. Additional services from food options, retail to wellness reduce the amount of time spent commuting and enhance the value of the building both for tenants and their employees.
Our six office buildings have a GLA of 98,000 m². We focus on making accessibility as simple as possible regardless whether people arrive by car, by foot or on a bicycle. Secure bike parking is standard and we provide changing rooms and shower facilities as well as the possibility to wash and repair bikes. Our attention to detail doesn’t end with the building door and considerable thought and effort has been spent on the urban space surrounding our buildings.
We know that a healthy body supports a healthy mind. That’s why we’ve made it easy to fit exercise into the workday —almost all our office buildings feature a gym for tenants’ staff. At Delta Plaza, Sõpruse Ärimaja, and Narbuto 5, the gym is free, while in Arter, it includes access to a spa and sauna complex for a reasonable fee. Our buildings also feature massage rooms, physiotherapy services, and, in Elemental and Arter, health clinics and beauty salons. For those who prefer cycling to work, we’ve ensured a seamless experience with convenient changing rooms, showers, secure bike storage and even facilities for bike washing and repairs.
We decorate our office buildings with contemporary art by local artists. Works by the esteemed Estonian artist Kaido Ole are exhibited in Delta Plaza and Arter office buildings in Tallinn and Narbuto 5 office building in Vilnius. There’s a sculpture “Initial Thought” by the young and talented Lithuanian sculptor Virzbickas Vytautas, at Narbuto business centre in Vilnius.
Today, work isn’t tied to a desk and an office building is about more than hosting companies’ working space. We develop and manage our buildings to help people be productive and comfortable, but also to foster relationships and a sense of community. Our environments offer both indoor and outdoor spaces — whether it’s unwinding on the rooftop terraces, enjoying fresh air in the neighbouring park or forest, or simply stepping outside for a break.
To save time on commuting and daily errands, we’ve integrated essential services directly into our buildings. Dining options range from breakfast and lunch spots to catering services. Additional amenities include car wash services, pharmacies, convenience stores and parcel lockers. We also offer co-working spaces in Arter and Elemental, providing flexible office solutions not only for tenants but for other businesses and even local residents.
