Our shopping centres are icons in the cityscapes of Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius continuously adapting and evolving to rhythm of the evolution of trends in urban space, and the changes brought by e-commerce and consumer behaviour. We’re also investing in comfort through relaxation areas and are improving the public space outside the malls with terraces and landscaping. And we don’t forget the staff or our tenants: considerable effort has been put into improving staff services through eating areas and resting spaces.

Our retail portfolio GLA is 135,000 m² and three centres were refurbished in 2023, with one of them in refurbishment right now. We are unique in that we operate premium shopping centres in all three Baltic capitals providing brands the opportunity to access customers across the Baltic with one single partner.
