Panorama is the largest centre in our portfolio. It is located in Žvėrynas, one of the oldest and most prestigious business and residential districts in the centre of Vilnius. Offering a diverse range of retail and dining options, Panorama spans 65,000 square meters, and houses nearly 200 stores and services, including international fashion brands, specialty boutiques, and lifestyle outlets and features over 23 cafes and restaurants, providing a variety of culinary options for visitors.

In 2023, Panorama completed an extensive renovation project, the largest in its 15 years of operation, with an investment of nearly €15 million. The refurbishment included updates to the interior design, technical systems, and the introduction of new family-friendly areas, enhancing the overall shopping experience for all guests.

We're all in this mall together

We are developing the plots around Panorama connecting them into a mini-quarter. This will create attractive new public spaces for shopping centre visitors as well as the surrounding community. Three new buildings will host modern offi ces, retail services and small businesses.

The architectural competition held for the renovation of the area drew fi ve entries from Lithuania and abroad. The winning projects were selected by an international panel of experts and also through the engagement of the neighbouring Žvėrynas community voting for their favourite solutions.

The complexity of the project led the jury to announce two winners: StudioN Create from the UK will renovate the area in front of the shopping centre and design two new buildings at Narbuto street while MB Fragment architektai from Lithuania will create a building at the intersection of Stumbrų and Pieninėse streets.
