Notable achievements in our portfolio include Viru Keskus, which earned LEED Platinum certification — the highest result in the Baltic states for a shopping center — and Elemental, the first building in Latvia to achieve a BREEAM certification at the highest, Outstanding rating. Environmentally friendly heating and cooling solutions

In our developments, we focus on environmentally friendly and cost-efficient energy solutions to promote sustainability and efficiency.

Arter

The energy piles at Arter supply a large portion of the building’s heating and cooling needs, complemented by district heating and cooling systems. Partnering with Utilitas district cooling was a practical choice, as it provides the city’s most eco-friendly cooling solution while ensuring a comfortable indoor climate. This approach reduces the building’s carbon footprint, eliminates onsite cooling equipment, and minimises noise, vibration, and space use offering a sustainable and convenient solution.

Elemental

The Elemental office buildings are Latvia’s first to use energy piles for heating and cooling, meeting a significant portion of their energy needs. This system lowers utility costs and environmental impact. By adopting advanced energy systems such as energy piles and district cooling, our projects set a benchmark for sustainability, delivering long-term value to tenants and communities while supporting the shift to a low-carbon future.
