On November 1st, at the “Best Estonian Companies 2025” awards gala, the country’s most outstanding enterprises were recognised. Kapitel was recognised as both the Most Competitive Service Company and the Most Competitive Real Estate Company in 2025.
“As a result of long-term and determined work, Kapitel was awarded not just one, but two prizes this year. This is a recognition of all our colleagues for their outstanding contribution. We also extend our sincere thanks to all Kapitel’s tenants, with whom we have had long-standing and successful cooperation,” says Kapitel CEO Taavi Ojala.
Kapitel has also won the award for the Most Competitive Small and Medium-Sized Company in 2020 and 2021, the Most Competitive Service Company in 2017, and the Most Competitive Real Estate Company in 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.
The award for Estonia’s best companies is organised by the Enterprise and Innovation Foundation, the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Estonian Employers’ Confederation.
