OÜ Kapitel Logistics and DSV Road AS have signed a long-term lease agreement under which DSV will relocate its central warehouse to Kapitel’s Rukki tee 1 logistics centre in Rae Municipality, Harju County. The approximately 13,000 m² lease will take effect in the beginning of October 2027.

Rukki tee 1 is a modern Class A logistics centre comprising approximately 49,000 m² of leasable space. The property holds a BREEAM “Very Good” certification and features a 700 kW rooftop solar power plant, a clear storage height of 10.5 metres and energy-efficient LED lighting. Located in Rukki Industrial Park at the intersection of the Tallinn–Tartu highway and the Tallinn Ring Road, the property benefits from one of the strongest logistics locations in the Tallinn metropolitan area. In addition to DSV Road AS, the logistics centre is home to leading third-party logistics operators Smarten Logistics AS and Eugesta Eesti OÜ.
