Elemental Business Centre

Elemental Business Centre is located in the heart of Skanste, Riga’s new business district, next to Arēna Rīga and opposite Luminor’s Latvian headquarters and represents an investment of over 60 million euros.

Eye-catching architecture, modern technical solutions and a first-class indoor climate make Elemental a desired address for local and international businesses alike. With a ceiling height of at least three metres and raised floors that provide the flexibility to change the spatial plan and the layout of workplaces ensures that all office needs can be met.

Elemental Business Centre has been awarded BREEAM Outstanding, being currently the only project in Latvia with the highest BREEAM rating scale. Part of the cooling and heating needs are covered by environmentally friendly energy from geothermal piles.

The office complex consists of two interconnected office buildings: Elemental Green and Elemental Blue. The two buildings have 21,500 m2 of class-A rental space, a conference centre, a co-working area, bicycle parking for 400 bicycles with washing and changing rooms, a gym physiotherapy center and various catering and service areas.

Together with the buildings, about 500 car parking spaces were completed, including 200 spaces under the buildings. The buildings are currently occupied by tenants such as GelvoraSergel and Aizdevums.lv, owned by the Swedish financial holding company Marginalen AB, the international IT services company Arvato Systems, CV Market, Primend, Kapitel, Dyninno Group, Fiziocentrs, Spaces, NordAgri, Hortimed, Balta, Novartis, Servier, Linde Gas, Eaton Electric, Rimi and more.

There are two parks near the offi ce buildings: Skanstes Park and one of Riga’s largest, 3-hectare new public parks with various sports and leisure opportunities to be built across Skanstes Street. The location of the project ensures a direct connection to the city center and convenient access to various modes of transport.
